The most recent BNA Class Action Litigation reporter includes an article by John Coffee (Columbia) and Stefan Paulovic (student) evaluating developments over the last five years.  BNA writes “The authors conclude that the tide is turning against classcertification and the “long-term future of the class action is indoubt.””
